Sweet Rewards Program

Program Features

The Sweet Rewards loyalty program tracks member purchases and awards points redeemable for coupons and merchandise. The program consists of a physical rewards card, automated emails at key milestones, and a microsite that allows members to check their rewards balance and redeem their points. We designed and wireframed the microsite from copy and card artwork provided by the client. Site programming and maintenance were handled by other agencies.

Graeter's long-running and sophisticated email marketing program targets both local and national markets. We established their digital identity through this medium over several years to reflect the high-end aesthetic that their brand carries. With consistent iconography, color palette, and interactive elements, Graeter’s won the hearts of their fanbase, and substantially grew its email base by better engaging its consumers.
